hope you’re well and the rock isn’t spinning too fast for you.

It feels a little out of control sometimes. Gravity is working overtime right now!

Cut to the chase

I’ve been writing, scribbling and dreaming for many years without publishing anything.

You might subscribe to the Sunflowers in the blood newsletter (if not and you’re moved by what’s happing in Ukraine, take a look). It’s something special to me and it was as if I couldn’t not create it. And it will continue

That said, I’ve years of work and it’s time.

It’s going to be difficult

There are reasons why I write you won’t know of.

Not everyone dreams like I do.

I wouldn’t wish them on you.

They aren’t even dreams….

I’m opening my shoebox of notes, scribbles, schemes, photographs, plots and increasingly poetry.

It’s straight outta the underworld, and will drag its scuffed knuckles through current affairs, politics and whatever takes its fancy - along the way it might even find love…

I’d like to invite you along. I can promise you otherworldly and beautiful things.
