Love to Hate and the Joy we Find

Digital life is stressfull. While it’s still an incredible place, the internet is home to some of the darker sides of our shared lives. We love to hate digital culture. We hate to love digital culture. So, where’s the joy?

There’s very few things we experience that aren’t ‘digital’ or ‘digitized’, so I’m working through contemporary life as we experience it digitized.

There’s poetry, prose, thought drops and collaborations ‘across the stack’ - so you’ll find really interesting voices coming together.

Are you loving contemporary digital life?

I’m sure I’m not alone in this.

I don’t love to hate. We all dip into the darker sides of our psyche - sometimes we dip, other times we dwell. Some people struggle to get out, forever hauling themselves up the rusting stairs, weighed down with life.

Why it’s this way for me is not for now, but what I know for sure is there is beauty in life; there are moments of transcendence; there are ways through.

Nature may not heal you, but it helps. Love isn’t all you need, but it’s real and will change your life. People are inherently good, just sometimes troubled.

In a world of hate there’s love, and the joy we find lies somewhere between.
